Tennis elbow is also called lateral epicondylitis. It involves the origin of all the extensor muscles of the wrist. These are the muscle that are used during tennis and triggering a mouse. The best way to treat it is to rest and ice it. Sometimes a massage therapist can do a myofascial technique called "transverse friction massage" to help heal it. Thanks for the questions. |
