Re: Tennis elbow/ computer use

Dear Skenneth,
Tennis elbow is also called lateral epicondylitis. It involves the origin of all the extensor muscles of the wrist. These are the muscle that are used during tennis and triggering a mouse. The best way to treat it is to rest and ice it. Sometimes a massage therapist can do a myofascial technique called "transverse friction massage" to help heal it. Thanks for the questions.
