Have have both tennis and golf elbow. Most of the pain is on the top or outside(tennis) but when swinging the golf club both hurt. I am looking for the proper support to relieve the pain. I haven't found one that supports bith sides. Is there such an animal and if so where might I get one. I rested the arm all winter but I am about to embark on another summer of golf and I am still eating the ibuprofen. Please help.
