Tennis Leg

I injured my left calf muscle playing tennis. I researched the malady online and found it was called "tennis leg" in my case; and that ice, compression and elevation along with anti-inflamitory medications were the order of the day. I have done all of this, but, even though there was little swelling in the calf, and no black & blue.....but I still have pain in my calf radiating around to the front of my left leg, and my foot looks swollen, too!!! The pain is not as severe as it first was, and I have a tennis match this Wednesday. Would a leg wrap be in order for me, along with stretching exercises?
